On January 19, 2016, Sino Agro Food, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s receipt of approval for admission to trading of its common shares on the OTC QX U.S. Premier tier, which is scheduled to commence on January 19, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto asExhibit 99.1. The Company’s ticker symbol, SIAF, will not change.
