1. Of shares listed, 3,175 are restricted stock and 1,050 are restricted stock units. Since the date of the reporting person's last ownership report showing non-derivative securities beneficially owned, he transferred 7,840 shares of Sherwin-Williams common stock to his ex-wife pursuant to a domestic relations order.
