Includes 6,008 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the issuer's long-term incentive plan: 1,433 granted on February 25, 2021 that vest on February 25, 2024; 1,768 granted on February 24, 2022 that vest on February 24, 2025 and 168 granted on October 15, 2022 that vest on October 15, 2025. The 2,639 RSUs reported on this Form 4 vest on February 23, 2026.

2. Granted pursuant to the issuer's long-term incentive plan. Award vests as follows: 3,340 vest February 23, 2024, 3,339 vest February 23, 2025 and 3,339 vest February 23, 2026.
