Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 11, 2013, Full Circle Capital Corporation received gross proceeds of $6.02 million relating to the full repayment of its senior secured credit facility to ImedX, Inc. Of the $6.02 million in gross proceeds, $5.04 million represented the repayment of expenses, interest and principal, at par, and $978,488 represented early termination fees and success fees upon repayment.
