Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 20, 2015, the Board of Directors of Full Circle Capital Corporation declared monthly distributions of $0.035, $0.035 and $0.035 per share payable on May 15, 2015 for holders of record at April 30, 2015, June 15, 2015 for holders of record at May 29, 2015 and July 15, 2015 for holders of record at June 30, 2015.
