Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
Disposition of Assets
On July 15, 2021, Verde Bio Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had entered into an agreement for the sale of certain mineral and royalty interests (“Divestiture”) with a private buyer whereby the Company is selling various mineral and oil and gas royalty interests in exchange for $1,105,000 in cash, (“Purchase Price”). The divestiture is scheduled to close on or before July 23, 2021.
A form of the Purchase Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
