ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 30, 2013, Rhino Resource Partners LP (the “Partnership”) announced via press release an operations update for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 and related matters. A copy of the Partnership’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Partnership will host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts to discuss its operational update for the quarter on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at 11:00 am (ET). Instructions for joining the call and webcast are included in the press release.
