1. These transactions were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on March 17, 2021.

2. This option was granted on January 30, 2019. The shares underlying the option vested with respect to 25% of the shares on January 9, 2020 and the remainder are scheduled to vest in equal monthly installments through January 9, 2023.
