LiveXLive Media, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2018 (the “First Quarter 2018 Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense due to unexpected delays in finalizing its quarter-end financial reporting process. The Company requires additional time to finalize its consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto. The Company expects to file the First Quarter 2018 Form 10-Q with the SEC on or prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
