Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 2, 2018, TESARO, Inc. issued a press release announcing the scheduled date for releasing its fourth quarter 2017 financial results, and that for the month of December 2017, ZEJULA® achieved approximately 60% market share in the U.S. among PARP inhibitors utilized in patients with ovarian cancer, according to IntrinsiQ. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
