2. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $40.30 to $40.80. The price reported in Column 4 reflects the weighted average sale price. 3. The option represents a right to purchase a total of 12,000 shares of the Company's common stock, of which 6,000 options vested on April 27, 2013; and 6,000 options vested on April 27, 2014.
