A facility designed to provide extended medical and rehabilitation care for patients who are clinically complex and have multiple acute or chronic conditions. EBITDAR Coverage. EBITDAR for the trailing 12 month periods prior to and including the period presented divided by the same period cash rent for all of our facilities. EBITDAR Coverage is a supplemental measure of an operator/tenant's ability to meet their cash rent and other obligations to the Company. However, its usefulness is limited by, among other things, the same factors that limit the usefulness of EBITDAR.
