Explanation of Responses:

1. This option was granted on July 21, 2019 and vests as to 25% of the shares underlying the options on the first anniversary of Ms. Celona's date of hire, July 21, 2019, with the remaining 75% of the shares underlying the option vesting in equal monthly installments thereafter through the fourth anniversary of her date of hire, subject to continued service.
