The registrant has not completed its financial statements for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2012 and, accordingly, the registrant’s certifying auditors have not had the opportunity to complete their review of the financial statements to be included in the Form 10-Q.  The registrant is also in the process of finalizing its past quarterly reports for March 31, 2012 and June 30, 2012 that it intends to file prior to the current report. The registrant cannot complete and file its Form 10-Q quarterly report by the due date, but is working to complete the filing as soon as possible.
