Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 30, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it had been preliminarily approved to participate in the United States Department of the Treasury’s Small Business Lending Fund. The Registrant has been approved for an investment of $6.9 million pursuant to the standard terms of the Small Business Lending Fund program. A copy of the August 30, 2011 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
