Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person indirectly held these shares through Investors Capital Alliance, LLC ("ICA"). All such shares are believed to have been misappropriated by a partner of ICA and subsequently sold in various transaction between March 21, 2022 and November 9, 2023. The reporting person was not aware of the sales at the time they were made and has received no benefit, and does not anticipate receiving any benefit, in connection with the sales.
