5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 11, 2017, Sensus Healthcare, Inc. (the “Registrant”) received notice from Dr. Darell S. Rigel, a director of the Registrant, that he has resigned from the Registrant’s Board of Directors, effective April 11, 2017. To the knowledge of the Registrant’s executive officers, Dr. Rigel’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement between Dr. Rigel and the Registrant that would require disclosure under Item 5.02(a) of Form 8-K.
