Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted A ordinary shares that vest as follows: 50% of the shares vest ratably over three years on January 1, 2019, January 1, 2020, and January 1, 2021. 50% of the shares vest after a re-measurement of the 2017 combined ratio, three years after the grant. The shares vest if the re-measured combined ratio is not greater than the original 2017 combined ratio.
