1. Represents a grant of vested Class A Common Shares in recognition of services rendered as a board member of the Issuer and GBLI Holdings, LLC, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer.

2. Mr. Wehr receives payment for his services as a Director via Golden Eye Advisors, LLC. Mr. Wehr is the sole member of Golden Eye Advisors, LLC.
