MakeMyTrip Limited (“MakeMyTrip”) is incorporating by reference the information set forth in this Form 6-K into its registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-193943) filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on February 14, 2014, as amended, which became effective on March 10, 2014.

Regulatory Approvals
On January 20, 2017, ibibo Group Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“ibibo Group”) received a letter from the Competition Commission of India (“Commission”) stating that the proposed combination of MakeMyTrip and ibibo Group has been approved by the Commission.
Closing of the Transaction is expected to occur on or around January 31, 2017. MakeMyTrip will make a further announcement via the submission of aForm 6-K upon closing of the Transaction.
