NAME CHANGE
The Board of Directors and a majority of the Stockholders of the Company have approved the filing of an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company from “Energy Edge Technologies Corporation” to “Brand Builders, Inc.” in order to better reflect the Company’s operations and strategy.
