On August 15, 2019, Patricia R. Miller notified Vera Bradley, Inc. (the “Company”) of her retirement from the Company’s Board of Directors effective August 30, 2019.

On August 19, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing the retirement of Patricia R. Miller. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
