On August 14, 2014, Enerpulse Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update and announcing the Company’s results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the full text of the press release is incorporated herein by reference.
