Item 2.02.Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 3, 2022, eXp World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
In the press release issued on August 3, 2022, and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, the Company also announced that it would conduct a virtual fireside chat today, Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022.
On July 29, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.045 per share of the Company’s outstanding Common Stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on August 29, 2022 to the shareholders of record on August 12, 2022.
