Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 27, 2013, REVA Medical, Inc. (“REVA” or the “Company”) announced that Dr. Ricardo Costa from the Institute Dante Pazzanese of Cardiology in Sao Paulo, Brazil, presented the initial results from the Company’s clinical study of its ReZolve2 sirolimus-eluting bioresorbable coronary scaffold. These initial results were reported at the Transcatheter Therapeutics 2013 (“TCT”) interventional cardiology conference, which is being held October 27th through November 1st in San Francisco, California. The announcement issued by REVA and the presentation materials delivered by Dr. Costa at the conference are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the presentation will be posted under the Investor Relations section of REVA’s website at www.revamedical.com.
