(b) On July 23, 2014, Mr. James J. Schiro submitted his resignation as a director of REVA Medical, Inc. (the “Company”), to be effective immediately, in order to undergo treatment after a diagnosis of multiple myeloma. Mr. Schiro’s resignation was not submitted as the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
The Company issued a press release on July 24, 2014 announcing Mr. Schiro’s resignation, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
