On August 16, 2011 (Australian Eastern Standard Time), REVA Medical, Inc. filed its Appendix 4D Half-Yearly Report for the six months ended June 30, 2011 with the Australian Securities Exchange (the “ASX”). The Half-Yearly Report is prepared in U.S. dollars and otherwise is in compliance with the requirements of Australian law and the ASX listing rules.
A copy of the Half-Yearly Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
