A description of the shares (the “Shares”) of AB International Buffer ETF (the “Fund”), a series of AB Active ETFs, Inc. (the “Company”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 21 to the Company’s Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”) on Form N-1A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on October 18, 2024 (Commission File No. 333-264818), which description is incorporated herein by reference as filed with the Commission, including any forms of prospectuses filed by the Company pursuant to Rule 497 under the Securities Act. Any form of amendment or supplement to the Company’s Registration Statement that is subsequently filed is hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
The Shares to be registered hereunder have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the symbol “BUFI” for the Fund.
