Effective May 15, 2018, the authorized capital of the company was increased from 200,000,000 Common Shares Par Value $0.001 to 1,000,000,000 Common Shares Par Value $0.001. Authorized Series A Preferred Shares remains at 1,000,000 shares Par value $0.001.
