On November 30, 2020, PLx Pharma Inc. (the “Company”) received a notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company had regained compliance with the minimum Market Value of Listed Securities (“MVLS”) standard since the Company’s common stock had maintained a MVLS above the $35 million minimum MVLS requirement for 10 consecutive business days. As a result, the hearing that the Company requested has been deemed moot by Nasdaq and will not be held. The Company’s common stock will continue to be listed and traded on Nasdaq.
