Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block]	NOTE 3. Basis of Accounting and Principles of Consolidation The accompanying consolidated financial statements are unaudited. These unaudited interim consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for interim financial information.
