Mr. Hendricks, a Senior Managing Director of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. or one of its affiliates ("Centerbridge"), is a member of the board of directors of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. (the "Issuer"). Certain affiliates of Centerbridge have filed a separate Form 3 reporting securities of the Issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own. Mr. Hendricks disclaims beneficial ownership of any securities of the Issuer that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by affiliates of Centerbridge. Exhibit 24 - Power of Attorney
