Item 8.01 Other Events
Background
On January 15, 2025 at 4 PM Eastern time, the Company presented an online Investor Presentation, which was available to the public at large. Within that video presentation, the Company’s Chief Financial Strategy Officer mistakenly but inadvertently stated that for the quarter ending November 30, 2023 the Company earned $386,000 in revenue, which produced 350% growth compared to the quarter ended November 30, 2024.
Correction of an Error
In fact, the Company earned $596,000 of revenues for the quarter ended November 30, 2023, and not the $386,000 mistakenly but inadvertently stated, which equates to a growth rate of 190% instead of the 350% mistakenly but inadvertently stated.
