Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 5, 2013, American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release indicating that it has assembled a $1.174 billion portfolio of healthcare related assets to date, including $805 million of acquired properties, $287 million of acquisitions under executed purchase and sale agreements and approximately $37 million of acquisitions under executed letters of intent. The Company expects to deploy the balance of its equity in the next 90 days from its pipeline of $1.1 billion of submitted letters of intent.
