Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously disclosed, the board of directors of American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized, and the Company declared, an annualized dividend of $0.68 per share per annum. Following its listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”) on April 7, 2014, such distributions will be paid to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month, in each case, unless such date is a non-business day.
Accordingly, on June 13, 2014, the Company will pay a distribution of $0.056666667 per share to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2014.
