Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 29, 2012, FXCM Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing anticipated revenues and selected operating metrics for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the full year 2011. Additionally, the Company announced that it will report fourth quarter and full year 2011 results on March 14, 2012 before the opening of the stock market andhost a conference call to discuss the results at 8:15 a.m. (EST) on that date. The text of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
