Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock options ("options") were issued to the Reporting Person on July 30, 2020, pursuant to a grant under the Company's 2019 Stock Option Incentive Plan. The awards are subject to time-based vesting and will vest as follows: (i) 33,403 options vest in the first open window following the filing of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, and (ii) 33,402 options vest in the first open window following the Company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

2. The restricted stock units ("RSUs") were issued to the Reporting Person on July 30, 2020, pursuant to a grant under the Company's 2019 Stock Option Incentive Plan. The awards are subject to time-based vesting and will vest as follows: (i) 5,567 RSUs vest in the first open window following the filing of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, and (ii) 5,567 RSUs vest in the first open window following the Company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
