Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 7, 2013, BWAY Intermediate Company, Inc. (the “Company”) reported preliminary results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2013. The preliminary results of operations, as well as information regarding the use of non-GAAP financial measures, are set forth in the earnings release dated May 7, 2013, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
