1. The reported securities are included within 900,000 SVBL units (the "Units") purchased by the reporting person for CDN$0.11 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one share of SVBL common stock and one half of one common share purchase warrant.

2. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

3. Warrants were priced in CDN$ at CDN$0.13. Exercise price shown is in USD$ and was converted based on the foreign currency exchange rate as of October 30, 2023 (CDN$1.00=US$0.7229).
