Shanghai, China, June 27, 2012 – Zuoan Fashion Limited (NYSE: ZA) (“Zuoan” or the “Company”), a leading design-driven fashion casual menswear company in China, announced that while it does not comment on market activity or market rumors, in view of the recent unusual market activity in its common stock on June 26th, 2012, the Company states that it is not aware of any material corporate developments that could account for the unusual trading activity.
