Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on November 23, 2022, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error that misreported the total amount of securities beneficially owned following each of the reported transactions by the reporting person as 19,642; 20,624; 22,332; and 18,642. In fact, the total amount of securities beneficially owned following each of the reported transactions by the reporting person was 24,642; 25,642; 27,332; and 23,642, which reflects an increase in the number of shares in each case of 5,000 shares.
