Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 15, 2018, the compensation committee of the board of directors of Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. approved an increase to the compensation of Amber Salzman, Adverum’s Chief Executive Officer. Effective for the year ending December 31, 2018 and going forward, Dr. Salzman’s target bonus has been increased to 55% of her base salary.
