On April 15, 2014, Paul W. Geiger III notified QR Energy, LP (the “Partnership”) of his decision to resign from his position as the Senior Vice President - Eastern Business Unit of the Partnership in order to pursue other opportunities. His resignation is effective as of April 17, 2014.
