Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 4, 2019, Quanterix Corporation issued a press release announcing (1) that it issued approximately 2.2 million shares of common stock last week under an at-the-market equity, or ATM, facility, raising $49.7 million in gross proceeds and (2) that it will unveil its Simoa HD-X Analyzer™, at the BIO International Convention, in Philadelphia, during a presentation by its Chairman and CEO, Kevin Hrusovsky, taking place June 5th at 10:45 a.m., EDT, in Theater 3. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
