ITEM 7.01.REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On August 15, 2019, Foothills Exploration, LLC (the “Company”), a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Foothills Exploration, Inc. (“FTXP”), presented to the State of Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation at a public hearing in Billings, Montana the change of operator request (“Presentation Materials”) for certain oil and gas assets being acquired by the Company.The Presentation Materials speak as of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K. While the Companymay elect to update the Presentation Materials in the future or reflect events and circumstances occurring or existing after the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Companyspecifically disclaims any obligation to do so. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
