On January 11, 2021, Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) announced preliminary unaudited fourth quarter and full year 2020 total revenue estimates, including net product sales for XPOVIO^® (selinexor), the Company’s first-in-class, oral Selective Inhibitor of Nuclear Export (SINE) medicine, and provided additional updates on XPOVIO’s commercial progress.
