1. This option was granted on February 15, 2019. The shares underlying this option vest as to 25% of the shares on February 15, 2020, with the remaining 75% vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.

2. This option was granted on April 9, 2018. The shares underlying this option vested as to 25% of the shares on April 9, 2019, with the remaining 75% vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.

3. This option was granted on January 24, 2018. The shares underlying this option vested as to 25% of the shares on January 24, 2019, with the remaining 75% vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.

4. This option was granted on May 16, 2017. The shares underlying this option vested as to 25% of the shares on May 16, 2018, with the remaining 75% vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.
