Pursuant to the notice of an annual general meeting of shareholders of Caesarstone Ltd. (the “Company”), which was attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 1, 2020, the Company hereby furnishes the following documents:
