RELEVANT INFORMATION
Bogotá, June 21, 2021. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval”) informs that the Board of Directors instituted a Risk Committee at Grupo Aval (hereinafter, the “Committee”), as a supporting committee in charge of assisting the Board of Directors in fulfilling its supervisory responsibilities in relation to risk management.
The members of the Committee will be Mr. Fabio Castellanos Ordóñez, as Independent Member and Chairman of the Committee, Ms. María Lorena Gutiérrez Botero and Mr. Miguel Largacha Martínez.
