	On March 3, 2015, Bankwell Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:BWFG), the holding company for Bankwell Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled the corporation's annual meeting of stockholders for Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at Woodway Country Club, 540 Hoyt Street, Darien, Connecticut 06820. The record date for shareholders to vote at the meeting is April 15, 2015.
